About Us
As-Built Solutions Inc. is a DBA of EHDM Group Inc., a licensed California General Building Contractor (License No. 1150018) operating under California Business and Professions Code §5537. Our services include residential and commercial as-built documentation, laser scanning, and Revit modeling.
Website Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from this website without written permission, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems, use automated tools to scrape or harvest content, or misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
All content on this website including drawings, images, project descriptions, and copy is the intellectual property of As-Built Solutions Inc. and may not be used without express written consent.
Services
Our professional documentation services are governed by a separate written agreement executed prior to the commencement of any project. These Terms of Service do not constitute a service contract. No engagement is established until a signed agreement and applicable deposit have been received.
Scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in the project-specific agreement. Any changes to agreed scope must be made in writing.
Deliverables and Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives a license to use the deliverables for their stated project purposes. As-Built Solutions Inc. retains the right to display project work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We do not transfer ownership of source files, Revit models, or CAD files unless explicitly included in the written agreement.
Accuracy of Documentation
As-built documentation reflects conditions observed at the time of field survey. We exercise professional care in our measurements and drawings. However, conditions concealed within walls, ceilings, or floors, or inaccessible at the time of survey, may not be captured. Our documentation is not a substitute for a licensed land survey, structural assessment, or geotechnical report.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, As-Built Solutions Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from a service engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid for that engagement.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any external sites. Links do not constitute endorsement.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith before pursuing formal legal action. Any legal proceedings shall be filed in Los Angeles County, California.
